公司召開6月份經濟責任制考核專題會

? 7月(yue)12日上午(wu),公(gong)司在(zai)工業園三樓會(hui)議(yi)(yi)室召開6月(yue)份重點工作考核會(hui)議(yi)(yi)。公(gong)司領導喬新濤、姜華、王漢(han)臣、李允東、郭方、丁(ding)玨、冀(ji)紅(hong)波及各職能部門(men)主要負(fu)責人(ren)參加了會(hui)議(yi)(yi)。會(hui)議(yi)(yi)由董事(shi)長、總(zong)經(jing)理喬新濤主持(chi)。

? 會議按照既(ji)定(ding)程(cheng)(cheng)序,由(you)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)領(ling)(ling)導(dao)依次通報了(le)(le)各分管(guan)口(kou)當期重點工作的(de)(de)完(wan)成情況。工程(cheng)(cheng)部、發展(zhan)規劃部等單位領(ling)(ling)導(dao)分別(bie)就公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)各主(zhu)營實體(ti)(ti)單位1至6月(yue)份的(de)(de)產值、銷售(shou)收入等完(wan)成情況作了(le)(le)通報。喬(qiao)新濤在通報了(le)(le)1至6月(yue)份公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)利(li)潤(run)完(wan)成情況后指出,從當前(qian)的(de)(de)統(tong)計數據來看,上半(ban)(ban)年(nian)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)大部分實體(ti)(ti)單位產值、銷售(shou)收入及利(li)潤(run)指標的(de)(de)完(wan)成情況與(yu)去年(nian)同期相(xiang)比有所(suo)進步或(huo)基(ji)本持平,達到了(le)(le)時(shi)間過(guo)半(ban)(ban)、任務過(guo)半(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)預期目標,但裝備公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)和十三分廠(chang)的(de)(de)經營狀況仍然十分嚴峻,虧損較(jiao)去年(nian)有所(suo)增加。對此,公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)相(xiang)關領(ling)(ling)導(dao)及職能(neng)部門要積極主(zhu)動(dong)想辦法,盡(jin)快改善或(huo)扭轉(zhuan)目前(qian)的(de)(de)不利(li)局(ju)面,為公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)年(nian)度經營目標的(de)(de)順利(li)實現奠定(ding)堅實的(de)(de)基(ji)礎。

? 針(zhen)對產品(pin)開(kai)發與市(shi)場拓(tuo)展(zhan)的(de)工作,喬新(xin)濤強調,各實(shi)體(ti)單位(wei)要繼續加大產品(pin)開(kai)發力度,在原有的(de)基(ji)礎(chu)上開(kai)拓(tuo)新(xin)的(de)市(shi)場,與廠家(jia)建立(li)長期(qi)穩(wen)固的(de)合作關(guan)系,盡快實(shi)現“多開(kai)花,多結(jie)果”的(de)局面,努(nu)力形成新(xin)的(de)經濟增(zeng)長點。

? 針對工(gong)業(ye)園(yuan)一期二批工(gong)程啟動前(qian)的工(gong)作,喬新(xin)濤(tao)要求,

一是要(yao)按照公司相關規定要(yao)求盡(jin)快確定施(shi)工(gong)(gong)單位,嚴格審價后簽訂施(shi)工(gong)(gong)合同,力(li)爭項目早日(ri)開工(gong)(gong)建(jian)設。二是要(yao)加強對工(gong)(gong)程建(jian)設質(zhi)量、進度、施(shi)工(gong)(gong)場所衛生及(ji)(ji)安全(quan)等方(fang)面的(de)(de)監督(du)檢查,及(ji)(ji)時協調解決工(gong)(gong)程建(jian)設中遇到的(de)(de)矛(mao)盾和問題,確保項目建(jian)設安全(quan)有序開展。

? 在談到(dao)(dao)上半(ban)年經(jing)營成(cheng)效(xiao)(xiao)分(fen)析(xi)(xi)(xi)會(hui)的工(gong)(gong)作時(shi),喬新濤強調,召開經(jing)營成(cheng)效(xiao)(xiao)分(fen)析(xi)(xi)(xi)會(hui)的目的就是(shi)要(yao)(yao)發現問題并解決問題,力戒搞形式(shi)、走(zou)過場,要(yao)(yao)在去年的基礎上有(you)所(suo)提升,注重(zhong)實效(xiao)(xiao)。針對經(jing)營成(cheng)效(xiao)(xiao)較差的實體單位,要(yao)(yao)從(cong)產值、銷售收入、職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)收入等方面做深入分(fen)析(xi)(xi)(xi),一定要(yao)(yao)用(yong)數字說話,認真梳理查找問題出(chu)現的根本(ben)原因,制定整改方案和(he)措施,切實讓(rang)經(jing)營成(cheng)效(xiao)(xiao)分(fen)析(xi)(xi)(xi)會(hui)起到(dao)(dao)應有(you)的作用(yong)。
